Uncoated reinforcing mesh
Uncoated reinforcing mesh consists of factory-welded grids made from ribbed reinforcing steel. It enables efficient area reinforcement of floor slabs, ceilings, walls and other reinforced-concrete components.

Common Q reinforcing mesh at a glance
The following standard mesh types are common in the German supply programme. The table is for guidance; current availability, ductility class and specification are confirmed for each enquiry.
What is reinforcing mesh used for?
Q mesh provides an equivalent reinforcement cross-section in both directions and is typically used where loads act in two directions. The required reinforcement must always be specified by the structural engineer.
Technical specification and standard: Common standard mesh made from B500A reinforcing steel, ductility class A, to DIN 488-4; manufacturing plants are subject to quality monitoring to DIN 488-6. Other specifications, including B500B, are available on request.
- Standardised sheet dimensions for efficient processing
- Cutting and project-specific delivery on request
- Q mesh and other specifications procurable to technical requirements
